Use this to see your actual numbers

We’ve covered a lot of ground.

This stuff isn’t the most fun to talk about… or read… I get it.

But as you’ve seen… It’s what works.

You’ve seen how the bucket model works.

You know that product cost is the biggest lever in the business.

And you’ve seen how reinvesting the right amount of profit back into marketing can grow your total dollars… but only up to a point.

That’s the theory. Most people stop there.

They read it, think “sweet, that makes sense” …and go back to running their business exactly the same way they were before.

The reason isn’t that they don’t get it. It’s that they can’t see their own numbers clearly enough to do anything with it.

Think about it this way…

You now know there’s a peak… a point where reinvesting more into marketing starts costing you profit dollars instead of growing them.

But where is that peak for your business specifically?

It depends on your product cost. Your overheads. Your CPA.

And if you don’t know what those numbers actually are right now… you’re still just guessing.

Same as I was when I pulled 10% out of thin air and handed it to that agency.

Knowing the framework is one thing. Knowing your numbers is what actually changes the decisions you make.

This is exactly why we built one of the best tools my students and I use in our businesses every day called The Daily Clarity Dashboard.

To see the economics of your business every single day. The metrics that matter and shape what decisions you need to make.

Your product cost ratio, your overhead ratio, your marketing cost ratio, your profit. All in one place, updated daily.

When you can see all of that clearly, the decisions become obvious.

Where the leverage is. Where things are leaking. What to fix first.

A while back I put together a stripped down version of it… The Mini Daily Clarity Dashboard.

If you’ve already got it, now’s a good time to pull it up and plug in your real numbers. See where you actually sit across those three buckets.

If you don’t have it yet, grab it here.

It won’t give you everything that the full version does.

But it’ll show you enough to know whether you’re flying blind or not.

The full version is something we build properly inside Escape Velocity. Live numbers, the full model, and the clarity to make decisions based on data instead of gut feel.
